For Family night we went to the Arizona Diamondback's opening game against the LA Dodgers. Frank bought a partial season for us to try out.
The last game we were at was up in Seattle for a Mariner's game. It's been awhile. Minus me driving in rush hour traffic downtown, we had a really fun night (Frank's eyes are still not completely healed...I'm sick of driving). We got pizza for dinner and bought all sorts of team stuff. I told Frank this is the most expensive Family night we've ever had. It was a nice night, but we left 2 innings early since the girls have school and testing all this week for AIMS. Frank asked us all what we learned about baseball and I think our responses surprised him or maybe not. This is a house full of girls. Anyways, these were the responses: Mom - Dan Haren (pitcher) is a hottie and takes good pictures. Natalie - that they have a "kissing screen" (the jumbo tran). Justine - still thinking about it, but she was deep in conversation with the rules of the game with Frank. Amanda - that people in front of her were annoying and not paying attention to the game! The first inning D-Backs scored 4 runs and the fireworks were great. We really did enjoy spending time without tv, phones, computers. I look forward to attending more games and wearing my D-Back shirt!
