On this day 17 years ago, I was on a mission in Hamburg, Germany being transferred way up North to Neu Muenster. This is me at the Altona Hauptbahnhof (train station) with Sister Taylor - now Hafen. We had been companions for 6 months and I thoroughly enjoyed every minute of it. Look how long my hair was!!! I was sad to part, but going to Neu Muenster was probably a good thing, I met Frank, my hubbie there. Those were the days!

Fun, I have a lot of those European train pics with Rick leaving from place to place on his mission. I bet it was a lot of fun to live there.

Football is a blast! I love it...well until he gets hurt. It's fun going to all of the high schools. Nothing has changed...none of the kids watch the game...they just hang.
Flags! Ugh! I'm plagued by that. Every time we go to the Kaysville 4th of July parade...my family laughs their heads off when the flags go by. They think it's so funny. But, the truth is...we really did have a fun time.
