For fall break I decided to fly up to Utah to visit family for a few days and drive up for the majority of the week to Portland to visit my little sister. My girls haven't been up there in 2 or so years. Thanks to Facebook and blogging, I've been in contact with more friends from high school than when I actually lived in Utah. I think maybe I'm at a more "stable" point in my life in regards to child rearing (life is more busy, but less time consuming with older kids...does that make any sense!?!).

Here is a few of us getting together for lunch at Mimi's Cafe in Layton. These girls are more amazing after the 20 years since we graduated and my only regret is not keeping in better touch with them through the years. I haven't laughed so hard in a long time. I can't wait for the next time we can get together and hope that more can join us next time!
