Trolleys in the Rain

San Francisco
The boats in the harbor were fun to look at; they are all "Christmas themed." Our girls were characters on this trip ie: playing pretend cards at Starbucks (really they were playing Uno and Justine kept crying because Natalie would win...we're it's pretend.) and laughing their heads off at Natalie on BART. Sisterly love...we have too much of it!

Fisherman's Wharf was alot of fun. I love the smell of fresh seafood! Natalie was in heaven. She was a giggle girl looking at all the live crabs. She even took the dare from her dad an ate part of an oyster at lunch! Walking around, shopping and hot chocolate at Starbuck's was a must. San Francisco is beautiful at Christmas time.

We were in Sacramento to see Frank's grandma Brown and I'll post about that later, but we decided to do something fun with the girls since the trip was a bit heart-wrenching and more special than words can describe. We didn't pick the best day to head into the city, but it was an adventure to ride the trolley to Fisherman's Wharf in the rain. The girls got a kick out of riding on the outside and we paid way too much for an extra umbrella!

Ahhhh, Ahhhhh why can't I be your child? I wanna go back there, that is probably one of my most favorite places to visit (next to San Juan Island)! How much fun do you guys get to have. Your children get these priceless experiences to travel. That is one thing I love about our Mom and Dad that we got as children. MeRrY X-mAs!
