Weekend in Utah

Can you believe that it is already December 2nd?!?! I'm still trying to sort out all the Christmas boxes from last year. My sister called me up to see if I'd disappeared since I haven't updated my blog (LOL). So, this post is for Amberly! We had a great Thanksgiving weekend in Utah with the family. My mom was hosting Thanksgiving this year and my Grandma Sill was in attendance; a perfect opportunity for me to see almost everyone and bring Christmas gifts! It seems like everyone was sick this weekend in one stage or another. My mom was on an antibiotic, I am still on one, a couple nephews had croup and a sick neice, but we still managed to get together for a few hours and enjoy the day. A little sickness didn't keep us apart :). I'm so thankful for a wonderful family, staying with my parents, eating great leftovers, shopping with my mom and Amanda and most importantly seeing Twilight again with my Mom, sista and daughter. Love that Edward (sigh). Next year, I hope to have Amberly there so we can do a huge sister thing again :). Back to reality now and trying to get my house "decked" out. These are a few of the highlights of our weekend:

A quiet moment with the DH.

Sleepover with cousins to decorate Grandma Sill's tree.

Amanda wrapping trees for Christmas lights with Grandpa Sill.

Grandpa Sill's Thanksgiving program.

Sydney and Rylee "doing" Amanda's hair.

One of Mom's beautifully set tables for Thanksgiving.

Natalie "eyeing" the turkey Grandpa was about to carve.

I love your pics...you captured a lot of good moments! Will you send me them? I hardly got any pictures at Thanksgiving...mainly because of Syd. I wish she was in better spirits for you...She is much better and back to the norm. Twilight, Edward, my heart just stopped! :) You and sis need to head out here for New Moon...That was fun! I loved listening to Manda and her theories...she cracks me up! By the way, you win for the longest comment I have ever left. Miss and love you and please take care! Thinking of ya!

So what does DH mean in regards to Frank - is it Deer Hunter? That's the only thing I could think of - pretty funny! Looks like you guys have fun with G&G...Grandpa sure keeps them busy working in the yard - I love that about him.
