Wish I would have had some of this wisdom at 12:

Girls are like apples on trees. The best ones are at the top of the tree. The boys don't want to reach for the good ones because they are afraid of falling and getting hurt. Instead they get the rotten apples from the ground that aren't as good, but easy. Soon the apples up top think something is wrong with them when in reality they are amazing. They just have to wait for the right boy to come along, the one who is brave enough to climb all the way to the top of the tree!

Amanda is a deep thinker and has more talent in her than my little pinky finger. Someday you all will realize how lucky you were to know her! Love that girl.

Rainy, rainy weather - change of pace around here. Natalie rocked at her soccer game despite the wind, chill and rain. She is getting some fancy footwork down :).

Jack has spent almost the entire day outside his crate - good things to come???

Justine is getting braces next week and looking forward to that new chapter.

Frank is still plucking away at 4 jobs. Flies to Cinncinati in March. Closes a deal with US Bank than he will quit his current job. I can't pray enough for this. I'm done dealing with crooks.

I'm procrastinating the rough draft of my lesson plan and team paper, but at least the house is clean, brownies are baking and laundry getting done. I better step it up...start a second class on Monday. Two classes overlapping, but good news in the same class as some old teammates.

Reading conference talks, getting over being sick and participated in a juvenile diabetes walk over at Coronado. Finished 2 books and watched Natalie swim the other day. My life is complicated, but it could be worse. Grateful for the blessings we do have and the Lord watching out for us. Enough said, get the school work done and then I can finally catch up on Psych and Leverage! Ahhh brownies are done - kids will be happy with that and I found some money for allowances!!
