Hard to find - Mary Higgins Clark

This blog is a little kudos to one of my favorite authors, Mary Higgins Clark. I found two of the books that she wrote early on in her career at Half Price Books this week and am totally stoked!! I have been collecting her books for about 10 years now (not really diligently until we move to Arizona 4 years ago) and have 9 more to go. I was counting them last night and I have 21 hardbacks. I had to rearrange some of my shelves to add them; It's time for another bookcase...Frank will just be thrilled, but I have to do something with all the space in our room until I get a library!

I found her first published story in an Extension magazine from 1958. It is amazing to see what a prolific writing career she's had. I give Clark credit for my love of mysteries. Some of her books are easy to figure out the who-dun-it, but a few have left me stumped. I can't wait for her new one...I think my mom mentioned yesterday that it's out this Spring. Man I can't keep up.

So, if anyone has any hardback editions that they would like to relinquish (PUHLEASE), I'd happily pay the shipping :). I'm still looking for the following:
Stillwatch
Loves Music Loves to Dance
My Gal Sunday
All Through the Night
Mount Vernon Love Story
A Cry in the Night
Nighttime is my Time
(this I lost in moving!)
I heard that Song Before (this I lent out and can't remember who too)
Ghostship (children's book)

I love a good mystery too. I've read Loves Music Loves to dance, but sadly...I don't own it...sorry. She's a great author. I love a room filled with books. It's so comforting to go to the book store. It's comfort food for the sole. :)
