HSM jr finale
For the last five weeks, Amanda has been busy with play practice everyday after school. She amazes me that she auditions and gets involved in theatrical things. She reminds me of her dad that way. I was always too shy and only did stuff if my friends were doing it too. She didn't get a lead, but she is only in 6th grade. She did have 2 lines though as one of the braniacs in the cast. It's been crazy rearranging my schedule to accomodate practices, dress rehearsals, cast party and the such. Friday night was their final performance and it was a bittersweet end. We filmed it for the music director and Frank has been editing the video. It is amazing what he has done. These are some of the stills that I took on the final night. Enjoy!

Okay, I just typed a long comment and than my wireless router pooped out on me! So this one is gonna be short and sweet.
So, so, so cool! I can't believe we have an Actress in the family!
She sure has courage...good for her! I remember even as a tiny little girl she has always had a love for music and singing - who knows where she'll go!
