Man this has got to be the busiest week that I've had to date! Amanda decided to run for treasurer and we spent a good amount of our nights glittering posters, creating stickers and cool candy to pass out at school. We even had shirts with "Vote for Amanda Treasurer" that her and Natalie wore to school (yeah don't ask how long it took me to switch the printer to reverse image....). I am really proud of our Amanda and all the things she goes out for despite all the criticism and crap (yes I said it) that is thrown her way. She just won't give up and I so admire that quality in her. She didn't win and we had lots of tears, but it was a great learning experience for us all. Love you Mandy!
She has more guts than I ever did! NEver wanted to put myself through the rejection but it will make her a stronger person..actually she is going to grown up to be a very strong women...I see her doing something great with herself!

Good for her! I'm proud of her too! I was always too scared to run for anything like that when I was her age!
