Doheny Beach State Park

Saturday we took a trip to Doheny Beach by Dana Point Marina. It ended up being a great beach day. It was in the 90's and pure California sunshine :). It was great to dig our toes into the sand, eat from the cooler and look for seashells. Not a lot of sea shells, mostly rocks. We had to "insist" with Amanda that only 5 rocks needed to be transported back to Arizona...it's not like we don't have a ton around our house. It was a thoroughly relaxing day and I look forward to more weekend trips to California to enjoy the beach this Summer.
